Howard G. Shimola

Howard retired from Wentsler LLC, effective June 1, 2025. As a former member of the firm, Howard's practice previously encompassed phases of intellectual property law, involving patents, trademarks, unfair competition, and copyrights, and including the litigation of patents, preparation and prosecution of patent applications, rendering validity and infringement opinions, negotiating and preparing license agreements, and business counseling. His practice included representation of clients in all phases of mechanical arts, including machine design, hydraulics, power systems, and electronic controls.
